After reaching my target weight of 135 pounds, I noticed that I am definitely skinnier and healthier.
However, I realized fitness is not a goal, it's a lifestyle. And I have much to do to get in my optimal shape.
I have always stayed away from running / jogging. I absolutely hate it.
But for that very reason, I must start running / jogging.
My goal is to be able to
1. Run 1.0 mile in 6 minutes - August 31st, 2006
I had stayed away from weights during this time, for I wanted to focus on losing weight.
It's time to start lifting again.
So I developed a simple RUNNING / WEIGHTS plan.
