I got into the New York University (NYU) Stern Business School as a transfer student.

I recently finished my junior year at UC Berkeley so technically I'll be a senior and will graduate in '08 after 2 years at NYU.

All my mentors and my family members have tried to stop me and convince me not to go. But ultimately, the decision is mine.

And I'm going to go. To Manhattan. To New York City.

Trust me, I've thought about this harder than anybody. I'm very aware of the consequences, sacrifices, and risk.

But ultimately, this is what I want. This is what I need. This is what I feel is right.

I've always lived my life that way. By thinking logically and intuitively. I make my decisions about my present and future.

The number of emotions that I feel is many. Above all, I feel excited and refreshed.

I am ready for this new chapter of my life.
