Update: Polyphasic Sleep
It's been 2 weeks and I'm still struggling to be fully adjusted. I notice myself constantly tired and sleep deprived... and I realized how frustrating it is to interrupt what you're doing and force yourself to nap for 20 minutes in the middle of the day (especially when I'm on campus).
Nevertheless, I've never been so productive in my life. Due to my being awake (at least for the majority) of the time between 12-9 AM, I have a lot of quiet time where I have absolutely no distractions (since the rest of the world is sleepign). Especially since I want to enter a career where I can work my full-time job in the daytime and a full-time business at night, I am willing to stick with this at least another few weeks, for the benefits are so obvious.
However, I will never recommend this to anyone else. It's a lot of sacrifices, energy, and... it's kind of weird (even for me).
