Polyphasic Sleep Day #1 - Sunday - 11-19-06
I have decided to go on the polyphasic sleep cycle.
Basically, I'll be sleeping for 20 minutes every 4 hours = 2 hours of sleep a day.
12:00 AM, 4:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 8:00 PM.
So basically, I don't sleep like a regular person anymore.
I started my polyphasic sleep cycle on Sunday, November 19th, 12:00 PM.
12:00 PM - 20 minute nap.
4:00 PM - 20 minute nap.
8:00 PM - 20 minute nap.
